Paul brings over 25 years in leadership roles at multinationals and sovereign entities in international markets, where harnessing the opportunity from the diversity of internal human capital has been key to company success.
His careers in finance and strategy span across a broad range of sectors, leading the charge on rapid sustainable growth within a robust governance framework. Paul is a Non-Executive Director of Oxford Strategic Consulting, as part of a small portfolio of Non-Exec roles that he is focussed on.

Professor William Scott-Jackson is Chairman of Oxford Strategic Consulting and a Visiting Professor at Cass Business School and University of Oxford. William has been an early founder of several fast growth companies, including Natural Motion, as well as having a global reputation in the fields of leadership and human capital. William contributes practical, world-class knowledge as well as unique experience in growing tech and Human Capital companies.
